Sweaters and an Attitude of Gratitude
Sweater: Lane Bryant Chaps Leopard Blouse: Kohls Lee Jeans: Kohls |
Good day? Bad day? Do you believe that how you begin determines the results? I have noticed that if I allow myself to start the day in a bad mood…then the entire day most often does not go well. Katherine of Katherine’s Corner really convicted me the other day when she talked about beginning with an attitude of gratitude. I read her post right after I arrived at school only to find someone in my parking space…and I was not a happy camper. I was about to allow this rude individual to rob me of my joy for the entire day! Thanks Katie for bringing me back.

I try every day to be thankful for the little things from the very beginning when I rise out of bed. Today, I was thankful for

As usual, Pam, you have hit it on the head: we can decide how we are going to approach the day. I love your gratitude list, and mine would include: cute black cat jumping on my head in the morning, hot English Breakfast tea to wake me up, and a job I love to go to.
I love sweater weather too…and I NEED that mug! Story of my life, hahahaha.

I am thankful for the freedom I now have. I treasure each day of it. I also begin my days with coffee, Millstone Chocolate Velvet. The smell of it brewing is divine.
Great reminder! I'm grateful for lovely autumn weather this week. Love the green sweater and those earrings.
Hi Pam! My Mom is a very big part of my blog and she not only takes all of my photos but she also reads every post and comes to visit all of my reader's blogs. So she'll definitely make her way over here! You'll get to meet her soon 🙂

Gratitude is such a great way to life.
Pam, GREAT post! If I start the day out funky, I try to get control of my thoughts right away. Most of the time, it's our thoughts that make circumstances good or bad. Love your new layout! ~Serene
I so agree with you about starting the day out with a good attitude. My day goes downhill quickly if I don't!
I am blog hopping & following you from Katherine's Corner. Growing Old With Grace http://growing-old-with-grace.blogspot.com/. Hugs, GraceinAZ
I like to remember that no matter what is happening during the day that I have the power to start over. No matter when the bad mood starts. This was a great reminder.
Great sweater!

It is a good plan, I will have to try it. Sadly I have a LOT of bad issues going on in my life right now. However I will try this.
