What Do You Think of This 2017 Spring Trend?

In 2013, I wrote THIS POST about wearing a short scarf as a bracelet for women over 50.  This was a small scarf by Diane Von Furstenberg I found at a rummage sale and after working with it, I discovered it made a fun bracelet.  Well, today, I learned this is a trend for 2017.

The short-Paris Fashion-Aubrey Hepburn-old Hollywood scarf is back in style!  One of the managers at ANN TAYLOR showed me some beautiful silk scarves...then said, "Over here is a display of how to wear them on your wrist!:
I smiled as I remembered, I have done that before!  So I ask you...is this a trend you might try?  How to you feel about tying the scarf around your wrist?  I hope you saved the shorter ones...they're baaaack! What do you think...neck, wrist, on the purse...where do you wear it?

Keep Smiling!

  4. I have a couple of smaller scarves that would probably work well on my wrist. I will definitely give this a try with some of my 3/4 length sleeves!

  5. I think it is a great idea! An idea that is thinking outside the box! I look forward to wearing my smaller scarves in this way.

  6. You are generous in your response to the person who was negative about your compliment. You reacted just as I would. Your outfit was lovely and appropriate. Thanks for all you do to help us ladies feel better about ourselves. I appreciate your efforts to keep us "in the game". Thanks!
