Road Trip! What I Wore and What I Saw!
I am born and raised in Texas, so most road trips within the state can go for up to 13 hours one way! We decided to take a 6 hour journey this past weekend (12 hour round trip) and make a delivery to my daughter’s family!
Sitting for that long requires comfort, so this weekend I chose a black Eileen Fisher long sleeved tunic under a maroon FOXCROFT TEXTURED PONCHO (ON SALE NOW). My denim crops are Soft Surroundings Metro Legging Crops…one of the best fits around. (See Below for links to the tunic and crops)
Of course, when driving the back roads of Texas, one has to experience different barbecue places coming and going!
While the meals are really good, my favorite was the amazing
peach cobbler….
Now, I must work it off this week…but it was worth every bite! Tomorrow, I will show you a little home improvement I did with my daughter while I was there!
Looking good in that outfit for a road trip! Love the poncho and the necklace is the topping on the cake. Need to check out the denim crops. Back roads are a fun way to see Texas.
You will love these denim crops, Mary…I plan to get some black ones soon! Back roads are fun! Thanks for stopping by…
