#ad #MadetoMove  I first introduced Osteo Bi-Flex Ease to you JANUARY 15 HERE ON THIS BLOG and said my husband and I would give it a try for seven days.  We are well past seven days and still taking it!
Mr. B is a half marathon runner and runs several times a week on a rocky, hillside trail.  He is in his late 50s and in the past few months has experienced more joint stress, flareups, and stiffness than ever before. This is what he loves, and he wants to keep doing it. Joint issues are depressing when you love moving.   He was very open to trying the new OSTEO BI-FLEX EASE, mini-tab.  He liked the fact is was small, easy, gluten free, and shellfish free, and is the #1 recommended brand by pharmacists.
I am a treadmill runner at least three times a week, and do bi-weekly strength training.  I did not start until my sixties and it has been a little over two years.  But, I had to stop in early December due to illness…then a surgery…and recovery.  So I returned to the gym a week and a half ago.  Typically, when I stop and start again, I experience joint stress and stiffness.  So, I was curious to see if there was a change this time after starting Osteo Bi-Flex® EASE at the beginning.  I cannot say that I love my workout as much as he loves his running, but I must have it.  I need to move and workout in order to be healthy. It is so much easier to move and be active when the joints feel good!
The results for both of us, after over 7 days of taking the mini-tab? Mr. B is so confident it helped him move, he is adding Osteo Bi-Flex® EASE as a member of his team…which includes the right shoes and pre- and post- run prep.  I am very pleased to report I had NO issues starting back…and that has never happened before after a time off.  I even went o the gym five times last week and three of those I did a workout on the treadmill called FATBURNER, so it is a little more than walking. I believe we would agree with the individuals in a recent study who rated their joint health over time and noticed a difference within seven days of taking Osteo Bi-Flex® EASE .  They saw an increased improvement over a 90 day period.
Both of us want to continue using the product in order to keep moving and doing what we must do as Baby Boomers over 50! With OSTEO BI-FLEX EASE we are #madetomove.
Check it out…
Happy Keep Moving Wednesday!

  1. I have some hip pain going on and will pick this up tomorrow to give it a try. Very timely post for me. I have been a fitness walker for years. I think it finally took a toll on my one hip! This is sure worth a try!
