For 2016, I Wish for You Fresh Flowers!
With the passing of each year, I realize more and more there are little things I want to experience daily..such as, fresh flowers in the house. Or scented candles and French Roast coffee each morning. The years do go faster and days do seem shorter…
That is why each day, I strive to look my best … no matter what my appointment calendar says. I want to treat each day as a special, unique opportunity…you just never know who you will run into or what might come your way.
On this day, I was simply running errands…meeting a former student for lunch…helping Mr. B pick out glasses and working at home…but it was special nonetheless…so why not dress for a special occasion?
It is one of the reasons I stopped drinking out of plastic cups at home….why should our beautiful crystal just sit in a cabinet all the time and not be used??
So, for 2016, I wish for you, dear readers….
Votive Candles,
Exquisite Crystal,
Fine Lotions,
Hummingbirds,
Rainbows,
Rich Aromas,
Soft Materials,
Warm Baths,
Vibrant sunrises and sunsets
Unspeakable Joy…

I came to the same conclusions several years ago! It really makes you enjoy everyday to do something special for yourself, so I use the good china, tea cups, tea pots, candles and fresh flowers, and NO frumpy clothes even when cleaning LOL 🙂
Happy New Year!

Oh I wish we could have fresh flowers in the house. The kitty eats them and makes herself sick every time! But I love your attitude and you're right … the days start to fly by and why not make the most of every single one of them?
Thanks so much for sharing with Fun Fashion Friday & wishing you all the very best in 2016!
