Jenny Craig: Sticking WIth It, Because I MATTER...plus the Thursday Blog Hop

The last few months have been full of changes, adjustments, new beginnings, and as you saw yesterday, moments of intense stress.  Since late Spring, I have struggled with my eating plan...yo yo is what they call it.  But, JENNY CRAIG has been patient with me and encouraging to me along the way.  My counselors are always understanding and full of suggestions. 

Though we are only talking a few pounds, I do not want to go back the other direction.  So, let's just say, I have returned to a losing track and desire to stay there.  
These new foods Jenny Craig is introducing will help...they look so good...I cannot wait until they arrive!

The CHOCOLATE LAVA CAKE is already here and worth every bite.  Chocolate lovers...you will love this one.  Another adjustment has been my workouts, this summer I did not go to the gym as often as I should...but I have returned to that schedule as well.  I lose the best when I combine the JENNY CRAIG FOOD PLAN with daily exercise.
I was at a 28 pound loss...then I went to 21...and now going the other direction.  This eating plan is an easy one to return to full time!  
I do this because I MATTER!

  1. Just back to visiting your blog - time off due to a stressful situation. You are certainly not alone here Pam. I find it particularly difficult in the summer to focus on my healthy eating goals. Seems odd, being outside more and much more active, but for some reason I am drawn in by the grill and fun summer drinks on the patio! Stress for me does the opposite, instead of eating, I am one of those who can't choke down food if I'm upset. In the summer I'm much more light-hearted (it's this Ohio weather in the winter - major downer!!), so good habits fly out the window with the summer breeze! We can always get back on track though, as you have stated here. Never a lost cause, just a sidetrack!
