What to Wear Wednesday for Work: Knits!

Ok, I realize this has become the space for WOULD YOU WEAR IT WEDNESDAY?  but since I have not done an OOTD post this week, I thought I might mix it up a bit.

As you  know, I am crazy busy right now…(just look at the awkward scarf placement in the picture for confirmation!)
Any way, I need easy clothes for my busy life and knits provide it!  With great knitwear, I can grab and go…and do not have to worry about irons or dryers to get wrinkles out. This is one of three knit jackets and pencil skirts I own.
In fact, there are even more knits on the work wear scene for Spring 2015 as athletic wear and casual professional wear collide on the runway!

Do you also like knits for work?  I find them to be comfortable, stylish, and, Oh so easy!  Cotton and Linen are just a bit more high maintenance.

Would You Wear It Wednesday will return next week!  I have enjoyed reading all of the comments and you really give me food for thought sometimes.  I am so curious to see what you say about the one next week!

Tomorrow, another I MATTER post….til then,

Make sure you check out the great looks of HOW I WEAR MY LONG NECKLACES at THE RICH LIFE ON A BUDGET WITH ADRIENNE  and EVERYTHING JUST SO WITH JILL!

Keep Smiling!

  1. I am a big fan of knits for work also. I have to keep it professional (like you have done), but that can easily be done with knits. I find them to be very comfortable, especially the skirts and dresses that I wear, and also forgiving! These are important things to me! I am not a fan of linen because I have never made my peace with all the wrinkles, and ironing doesn't interest me unless I'm sewing. Knits often save the day! Karen

  2. I love knits and our outfit. I find them comfortable, fashionable, and versatile. Great for a day at the office, an evening out, or a social function.
