2015 Healthy Updates

The holiday season is officially over and it is time to get back at it.  For many reasons, I was not true to my healthy eating plan the last couple of weeks...but thanks to JENNY CRAIG, I am back at it.  This recipe book is one tool I can use to mix my meals up a bit.
The JENNY CRAIG MEAL PLAN works for me because of the easy  grab and go meals...but, there are some days I am in the mood to cook.  The recipes will see me through. Of course, I will keep you up to date.

Also, important tools to keep me on my healthy lifestyle plan are these ROVE ECO-FRIENDLY PRODUCTS!  The lunch box is great and should help me to take my fruit and veggies for work...the coffee mug will keep me out of the coffee shop drive-thru...and the cup will help me keep drinking cold water all day long...hydrate, hydrate, hydrate!  I am really impressed with these products..the durability and quality seem very good.
Despite the fact I live in a sunshine state, I always seem to be low on vitamin D.  I am looking forward to trying this patented Vitamin D oral spray.  BIO D SUPREME is suppose to absorb 10X faster than a capsule.  Hopefully, it will help!

Finally, Avalon sent along four of their new  skincare products called Age-less and my husband took them from me.  He has really enjoyed all of them... meant to nourish and hydrate the skin with multivitamins and powerful anti-oxidants.
Here are the products he really likes (and I confirm he is glowing!)

It is great to see so much available with good health in mind.
