Jenny Craig: Proving Me Wrong!

I must confess...when I began JENNY CRAIG back in June there were early moments of skepticism.  Not on their part...on mine!  I wasn't sure I could or would stick with it!  I wasn't sure the food would hold my attention...there were many uncertainties. But, wow,
after yesterday...I am so glad I was wrong! (yes, I said...I was wrong!)


Let's get even more specific:  Inches Lost to Date

Bust - 3.5 inches 
Waist - 3.5 inches
Stomach - 5 inches!
Hips - 5.5 inches!

I also went by the doctor's office yesterday for blood tests results and for the first time in a couple of years, were improved. If I stick with Jenny, perhaps I will avoid cholesterol medication and finally be off of the diabetic doorstep!

So happy to be wrong about my journey with JENNY CRAIG.  It has been easier than I ever imagined...good food, good support, and awesome results!  Here is HOW IT WORKS.

  4. I wish I could do something like that. I have celiac or something like it and cannot eat gluten. I just have to stay fit the good old fashioned way...on home cooking! Darn.
