Yes, there is good news and bad news. The good news first... I am down another pound and the plan to cook additions for the JENNY CRAIG food, plate it and sit down did make it all much more enjoyable!
This picture is of the CHEDDAR CHEESE OMELET. I cooked some onion, peppers, and kale for a topping. It comes with hash brown potatoes and peppers...so they complimented each other nicely. I added celery, onions, and peppers to both the chicken and turkey salads for lunch. Taking the time to plan and prepare made a huge difference.
The bad news is that I have a sinus infection...which I often get this time of year and I feel really awful. So I am off to bed...but so grateful for JENNY CRAIG and how the plan is helping me. (I am really close to a 20 pound loss; hope it happens very soon!)
