Foxcroft Blesses Teachers for Second Year!

I love an organization that blesses teachers!  Of course, because I am one; but, mainly because the teachers I work with have taught me how long, hard, and exhausting teaching can be.  They are heroes to so many,

So, I wanted to thank FOXCROFT COLLECTION for all they do to encourage and inspire teachers in New York.  FOXCROFT has collaborated this year with L’Appartment Prive Salon in Manhattan to provide makeovers to twenty teachers from P.S. 31 in Brooklyn. They are transformed into Foxcroft Style Stars!  This is the second year for the Style Stars event, and the first year to be joined by L’Appartment Prive Salon!  OOO, wish I was there!

Janet Zukowski, who has taught at P.S. 31 for over 30 years, said the day was “magical.” Zukowski continued, “We felt appreciated and were treated royally. I think it was a once in a lifetime kind of event.”
“It was nice to be pampered and recognized for the work that we do in a totally different way,” LouAnn Gallo, who has taught at P.S. 31 for 15 years, said. “It was a really positive experience.”

Don’t they look fabulous!  Thank you to all who blessed these women.  For everyone else, I encourage you to thank a teacher today!

Then if you would like to save 20% on the teacher’s favorite looks, you do so through August 20 right HERE – TEACHER’S FAVORITE LOOKS!

Speaking of back-to-school, I will be speaking at Goodwill this afternoon about how to transition your look from summer to the school room if you are a teacher or a parent.  The press release is below…but I hope you will come by and say hello!

  1. What a wonderful organization!! Teachers do the most important job in the world – and they're often underappreciated. I'm so glad that you've brought attention to this important topic!

  2. Teachers can never be praised enough for the work they do to encourage children to be all they can be and strive for even more. Hair styles that are easy to take care of it all we can ever ask for.

  3. That's wonderful! Teachers have to put so much of themselves into their classroom success that it is great to hear of some receiving a show of appreciation.

  4. Teachers stand right next to parents in their influence over the coming generation. They should be revered. And pampered. Hooray for this marvelous program!!!

  5. I love it when a business honors teachers too, Pam! What a fabulous experience for these deserving ladies. Happy back to work and wishing you a fantastic school year!!
    xx
