July is my time to go to lunch, shop, enjoy daytime...activities I typically cannot do when I am in the classroom teaching. This makes dieting a challenge right now...though I am being true to order salads no matter where I am. I dined out four times last week. However, the scales (at my JENNY CRAIG weigh in) remained the same...no loss, no gains. That would get a thumbs up for me....at least there are no gains.
My Jenny Craig CONSULTANT has asked that I stick to the diet this week, so we can attempt to take things down further. I promised to be good...except for Monday...my birthday...I need a little celebration! But, it will require persistence...I have a couple of lunches and a barbecue on the calendar over the next five days. We will see how I do! Patience and persistence will lead to rewards...I am convinced. I am going to try logging what I eat in order to track my moves and keep me on their eating plan.
I have photographed one of my favorite lunches...this one is the GRILLED CHICKEN SANDWICH...I really love the little sandwiches! Yum!
So, I remain ten pounds down and a happy camper!
