Jenny Craig: Creating New Habits!

Progress goes on!  I just returned from my weekly consultation at JENNY CRAIG, and the baby steps are adding up.  I continue to be excited about the fact my eating habits are truly changing.

I get full faster than I used to and prefer the smaller portions.  I so hope this will continue the rest of my life!!  It is the best kind of progress as far as I am concerned.

The morning snack includes a nutrition bar which comes in several flavors.  Up until this week, my favorite was the peanut butter....but now, I am in love with these oatmeal raisin bars.  They are so good...but only around for a limited time...so sad!

What are your plans for this summer weekend??  I hope it is a good one whether you plan to go somewhere fabulous or sit on your patio all cozy at home.

*I was provided a free trial program, and free Jenny’s Cuisine® items. Currently, I purchase their food at a special rate.   However, the opinions and writing are entirely my own.
Members following the Jenny Craig program, on average, lose 1-2 lbs per week

  1. Congratulations Pam! Hearing about your progress is encouraging no matter what type of challenges we are facing. I think if we want to really see changes in any area of life, and if we're willing to do what it takes, we'll be successful, right? Good for you! Keep up the fantastic progress! Karen

  2. I remember those bars! i can't believe they're limited, they were once a staple of that diet. I'm talking 20 years ago.

  3. Oh, they look SO GOOD!
Congratulations on your baby steps! And on losing that unwanted extra weight! At nearly sixty, my extra weight and I are really good friends. I don't think I will ever get rid of it. Sigh . . .

  4. Hi Pam, having fun tracking your progress and checking insights into your food!

  5. Great work Pam! Those bars do look yummy. Have a wonderful weekend!

Thanks so much for joining in our conversation today! I appreciate your time and love hearing from you!
