Hide All Young Children….

There’s nothing more frightening than an old woman trying to save face!!  Literally!!
I like to do a little extra pampering before school officially begins…..this might be a pedicure, a new haircut, a massage, or a facial.  This year I decided to test a new product Olay has on the market…because my sweaty, summer face was feeling a little saggy.  The OLAY Professional Firming Treatment includes five straight days of a 10 minute mask, and a bottle of skin tightening serum that you use under your daily moisturizer.  I purchased it at ULTA with a 20% off coupon.
Despite the fact that I terrorized my teenage son and he is now in counseling, I like the product.  It has tightened things up rather nicely.  I think my only criticism is that the mask section which fits under the chin and down on to the neck does not hold well on its own…I found myself holding it up most of the time.
I recommend you give it a try (I will purchase it again) or… you could use it as a way to audition for the next horror movie on the horizon!
Does anyone else have a skin tightening secret??

When I recently posted my Kohls blouse from last year,
I thought, I NEED TO WEAR IT!  So, yesterday,
it was my casual in-service look for a day of
meetings.  My accessory? ONE TIGHT FACE!

  1. Pam, your face looks wonderful! Seriously, it does look tighter. Right now, I just use moisturizer, Aveeno, because I have really sensitive skin. But I may have to look into doing something a little more purposeful…the wheels of time and all, you know! By the way, that animal print blouse on you looks fabulous!!! Hugs girly! ~Serene

  2. I don't use a face tightener per se, but I usually use something with glycolic acid. Occassionally use a serum and rarely a mask…just too lazy I guess. Tightening is not the problem for me, it is the occassional bags under my eyes. Nothing works!

  3. I used to wear masks all the time, but now that I'm using the Proactiv products, I don't mess with anything else. And their masks are way too expensive.

I love that leopard top! I'm wearing mine today too, but it won't be posted until tomorrow.

  4. I'm sorry but I will no longer read your blog. The italicized, bold Times Roman font is too hard to read online, I don't know why you don't use the font that it is applied to your comments

  5. I use Lush fresh face masks. I don't know much about skin tightening, since even though I am in my 30s I am still using them to zap zits.

  6. love to hear the skinny on new products
don't know that i could commit to the 10 days
not that 10 days is crazy or anything, i just tend to forget….

  7. Hi Pam, you are funny! my secret for my sensitive skin is green or white clay- it does wonders, you buy dry and mix it with water, it is very cheap and excellent for the skin. My skin glows when i do the clay mask –

Lots of love – Ariane xxxxx

  8. I've always been curious to do an at-home mask, but I've probably only tried one or two in my life! I should make the investment!
